Google has introduced a new image extension for their desktop ads which can allow you to include a photo of your services and products to improve your engagement and increase traffic to your site 📈
These new features will now apply to desktop advertising and will be rolled out in the new few weeks. If you're currently running image extensions on mobile advertising, it will automatically apply to desktop advertising. However, different images can be selected for different devices if necessary 🖥️
Dynamic images will also be introduced, where the most relevant image (from a selection provided) will be used for each client to increase the chances of an interaction. Google has also provided free stock photos which advertisers can use instead of uploading their own.
