Campaignhero's new feature allows you to manage your subscriptions and card details with a few simple steps through their app - you can check out a helpful explainer below 👇

3 Steps

  1. Open the CampaignHero Customer Portal

  2. In the CampaignHero Portal, enter your email and you'll receive an email in your inbox granting you access to the account.

  3. You'll be taken to the account overview and here you can edit all your details.

    In this, you can apply a promo code, change the current plan or update your payment details. At the bottom, it shows a record of all your invoices and there is a link to a page where you can download all receipts and invoices.

    When updating the plans, you can see the plan overview and key benefits and differentiators. There's the option to select add-ons in this section or in the main account overview page too.
